Description

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies, conduct keyword research, and improve organic visibility and website traffic.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance, analyse competitors, and provide optimisation recommendations.
  • Manage the WordPress website, landing pages, and search-optimised content.
  • Create website content, blogs, marketing copy, graphics, and basic multimedia assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Track conversions, return on investment, and paid campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, leadership, agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
  • Own assigned marketing initiatives from planning through execution and contribute ideas for lead generation and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing.
  • Strong hands-on SEO and search optimisation experience, including keyword research.
  • Experience managing WordPress websites, digital content, and content management systems.
  • Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
  • Strong website, blog, and marketing copywriting skills.
  • Experience creating digital assets with Canva or similar design platforms.
  • Ability to interpret analytics and convert insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience managing multiple marketing activities independently and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics or equivalent analytics platforms.
  • Proactive, commercially minded, organised, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously; experience with video editing, Adobe Creative Suite, email marketing, AI content tools, marketing automation, CRM platforms, or Microsoft 365 is preferred.
