Description

  • Own and optimize HubSpot CRM architecture, including lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core field governance.
  • Build and improve automation across the funnel, including lead routing, scoring, workflows, identification, and enrichment.
  • Integrate GTM tools across sales engagement, customer success, billing, analytics, and other connected systems.
  • Maintain high data hygiene and standardized definitions across teams.
  • Work with Analytics to develop dashboards for business units and the revenue team.
  • Create forecasting models and pipeline analytics for leadership.
  • Map and optimize end-to-end revenue processes across lead, close, onboarding, renewal, and expansion.
  • Implement SLAs, handovers, and qualification frameworks to improve consistency and reduce friction.
  • Collaborate with Revenue teams, business units, and Product/Engineering on needs, workflows, integrations, and data flows.
  • Translate business needs into repeatable technical solutions that improve performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 4-7+ years of RevOps or GTM systems experience.
  • Strong CRM administration and automation skills with deep HubSpot expertise.
  • Ability to build AI automation workflows using n8n or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS funnel metrics and revenue modelling.
  • Experience using and connecting attribution tools such as Dreamdata.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or HubSpot Reports.
  • Ability to translate business needs into repeatable technical solutions.
  • Ability to work across and influence diverse teams.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience in equity management, financial SaaS, or compliance-heavy domains is preferred.
  • Familiarity with share schemes is preferred.
  • Experience working in a multi-national environment is preferred.
  • Must be primarily India-based and eligible to work in India.
