Description

  • Build the Americas partner ecosystem from scratch by identifying, recruiting, and activating technology, consulting, and cloud partners.
  • Develop multi-year joint business strategies that position Ververica within the modern data stack.
  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through co-selling motions and creative go-to-market execution.
  • Own closed revenue and ACV outcomes from partner-led deals.
  • Forge executive relationships with C-suite and VP stakeholders at strategic partner organizations.
  • Represent Ververica as the face of the brand within the Americas ecosystem.
  • Enable partner sales teams so they actively sell Ververica in the field.
  • Create the playbook for partner motions and execute it end to end.
  • Launch joint solutions that generate demand and expand market penetration.
  • Scale partner-led deal registrations and field-level advocacy across partner organizations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software, ideally in Cloud, Big Data, or Streaming Analytics.
  • Experience taking a partnership from $0 to $10M+ or launching a new territory from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and the modern data stack.
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with a Solutions Architect, even without coding.
  • Experience navigating both competitive and cooperative partner dynamics.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Comfort identifying white space and building in open-market conditions.
  • Experience as a closer rather than only a relationship manager or curator.
  • Background in data infrastructure and the surrounding ecosystem is preferred.
  • Ability to communicate about enterprise software partnerships at both executive and technical levels.
