Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a large national-level account.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and revenue.
  • Build tools and ideas to improve the customer experience for national account clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key account holders and customers.
  • Analyze leasing and development statistics to assess sales potential and performance.
  • Track, measure, and evaluate sales and customer satisfaction metrics and trends.
  • Partner with Regional Leasing Managers on revenue targets and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports and maintain sales pipeline accuracy.
  • Hit annual goals and prepare plans and progress reports to support budget achievement.
  • Maintain Salesforce records and documentation for meetings, calls, and emails.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor industry and market trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing large national business accounts required, with 7+ years preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in wireless sales.
  • Tower or other communications infrastructure experience preferred.
  • Real estate or related industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with CRM software and tools.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes and metrics with proven sales success.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and complex problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize work, and operate independently under firm deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, and changing environment with a high level of productivity.
