Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for medical affairs and publication workstreams.
  • Translate client briefs into clear team communications and realistic project plans.
  • Manage account workflows, internal meetings, task delegation, status reporting, and project tracking.
  • Own medium and large client projects, ensuring delivery within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Communicate project progress, identify barriers, and recommend solutions to account leads and clients.
  • Monitor client priorities, program strategy, competitor activity, industry trends, and market changes.
  • Identify account growth opportunities and contribute ideas, credentials, and pitch presentations.
  • Support account financial management and maintain awareness of project budgets.
  • Pursue professional development and identify relevant training opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in medical affairs and/or publications.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience managing speaker bureaus and speaker programs.
  • Veeva management experience and strong competency preferred.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, collaborate effectively, and operate under tight deadlines.
  • Strong client-service, communication, problem-solving, and solution-development skills.
  • Professional presence, urgency, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to communicate risks, manage upward, and follow through on high-quality deliverables within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
