Description

  • Develop social media strategies based on client objectives, audience insights, platform behavior, and cultural trends.
  • Oversee content planning, publishing, community management, reporting, and optimization across client programs.
  • Build senior client relationships and lead business reviews, planning sessions, and performance presentations.
  • Manage account scopes, budgets, timelines, deliverables, risks, and escalations.
  • Manage and mentor Social Media Managers and Community Managers.
  • Partner with Creative, Production, Influencer Marketing, Paid Media, Strategy, Analytics, and Sales teams.
  • Monitor social performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Stay current on platform updates, social behaviors, cultural shifts, and emerging content formats.
  • Identify account expansion opportunities and contribute to proposals, RFPs, and new business pitches.
  • Establish scalable processes and share social media best practices across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or account management, including direct client-facing experience.
  • Experience developing and leading social media strategies for complex or enterprise-level brands.
  • Strong knowledge of organic social media, content strategy, community management, platform best practices, and social measurement.
  • Experience managing and mentoring Social Media Managers, Community Managers, or similar roles.
  • Experience leading senior client relationships and managing complex feedback, competing priorities, and escalations.
  • Data-driven ability to translate performance results into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong operational skills managing scopes, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of strengthening client partnerships and identifying account growth opportunities.
  • Experience with paid media, influencer marketing, creative, or production preferred.

Benefits

  • $110,000–$140,000 OTE.
