Description

  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on bookings, target setting, capacity modeling, and compensation planning support.
  • Support annual goal design, reporting, performance inspection, and strategic initiatives for the Customer Success organization.
  • Optimize customer-related processes to improve client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Lead high-impact projects such as product launches, process improvements, and systems integrations.
  • Manage and optimize core Customer Success tools, including third-party system design, deployment, and AI/automation agents.
  • Drive forecasting and operating rhythms, including weekly forecasts, booking updates, pipeline reviews, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • Refine data models, CRM rules, and stage definitions to improve forecasting accuracy and data quality.
  • Oversee quote-to-close processes for renewals and expansion opportunities.
  • Build dashboards, KPI scorecards, and performance metrics to support leadership decision-making.
  • Deliver insights and presentations for executive reviews, QBRs, board presentations, and recurring business reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales strategy, business operations, or a similar function.
  • Experience in a Fintech or SaaS company preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking with an outcomes-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-scaling, high-growth environment with speed and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across Finance and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong modeling skills in Excel and comfort with BI/dashboarding tools such as Tableau.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other GTM systems such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Gong, HubSpot, and Calendly.
  • Ability to manage sensitive compensation data with precision.
  • Experience supporting AI-powered platforms or automation tools preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.
