Description

  • Evaluate sales pitches and provide feedback to improve content, delivery, and impact.
  • Facilitate coaching sessions and workshops to strengthen sales techniques and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Build and update sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs and team performance.
  • Analyze CRM and performance data to generate insights that support decision-making and improvements.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Stay current on sales enablement trends and tools to improve team productivity and alignment.
  • Support the creation and refinement of sales content such as scripts, email templates, and presentations.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, customer success, or sales support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English, which are the company’s working languages.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategy is a plus.
