Description

  • Own the full reseller partner lifecycle, including onboarding, joint business planning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Transition existing partner relationships from passive maintenance to active revenue generation.
  • Lead partners with sales rigor to exceed revenue targets and maintain pipeline accountability.
  • Define the operating playbook for partnerships, including commercial agreements, co-marketing, and technical integrations.
  • Negotiate and renegotiate complex, high-stakes partner contracts.
  • Execute partnership strategy aligned with core go-to-market goals to support customer acquisition and global expansion.
  • Identify market gaps and selectively recruit high-impact resellers.
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to improve partner enablement, training, collateral, and execution quality.
  • Structure partnership architecture to support Veriff’s strategic standards across contractual and technical frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, specifically in channel sales, alliances, or partnership management.
  • Experience working in an individual contributor role while also setting strategy and building scalable systems.
  • Ability to work hands-on in a CRM and support partner demos when needed.
  • Experience structuring quarterly business reviews, mutual action plans, and partner incentive programs.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and building a business within a business.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership from the ground up.
  • Experience in high-stakes, scaling environments is preferred.
  • Ability to support or lead complex partner negotiations is required.
