Description

  • Assist in formulating the company’s business development strategy.
  • Achieve business goals in Uzbekistan.
  • Activate and retain partners.
  • Own delivery of a strong customer experience across sales and business development activities.
  • Ensure all leads are contacted and worked toward conversion into active clients.
  • Maintain clear communication between clients and business development or sales teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help meet client needs.
  • Assess current and future resource needs to support the business development strategy.
  • Optimize business development costs and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze market and industry trends and monitor competitors to inform operational and marketing strategies.
  • Represent the company at key exhibitions and trade fairs.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Sales, Partnership, and/or Business Development role in a financial services company is a plus.
  • Experience achieving results in international markets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across internal teams and external clients.
  • Leadership skills and a holistic business development vision.
  • Proven track record of proactive sales and business development success.
  • High level of integrity and dependability.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-moving global, multi-language environment.
  • Strong team player with the ability to build consensus across functions.
