Description

  • Lead company-wide planning cycles, including annual strategy and quarterly OKR setting.
  • Build planning frameworks that translate strategy into measurable commitments with clear accountability.
  • Prepare executive- and board-level materials that synthesize business performance and key decisions.
  • Run the operating cadence for the SVP, including leadership reviews and strategic offsites.
  • Own 2–4 high-priority cross-functional business initiatives from definition through execution.
  • Act as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, and Finance to unblock dependencies.
  • Identify and close gaps in decision-making and workflows.
  • Develop tools and playbooks that improve operational rigor and support scaling.
  • Partner with Finance on resource allocation and business case development.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • Experience running OKR processes.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous questions into structured analyses and clear recommendations.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills for audiences from individual contributors to the Board.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across a complex organization.
  • MBA or postgraduate degree from a top institution is preferred.
  • Experience in identity verification, fintech, or cybersecurity is preferred.
  • Experience scaling a company from Series B through public markets or institutional scale is preferred.
  • Familiarity with M&A due diligence or integration work-streams is preferred.
