Description

  • Own the annual partner-sourced revenue target and set the strategy to achieve it.
  • Optimize and scale the partner program by auditing structure, tiers, and enablement.
  • Identify, engage, and close new partnerships across the nonprofit ecosystem.
  • Drive partner activation and build playbooks that turn signed partners into lead generators.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships end to end.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to execute partner-sourced motions and co-marketing.
  • Track partner pipeline, activation rates, and revenue contribution, and report insights to leadership.
  • Bring recommendations to leadership and course-correct based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in SaaS partnerships.
  • Experience owning a partnerships function, not just contributing within one.
  • Nonprofit SaaS experience and familiarity with the nonprofit sector.
  • A proven track record of owning and delivering on revenue targets.
  • Ability to focus on the highest-leverage activities and work with urgency.
  • Strong ability to operate independently without close management.
  • Experience balancing sales, marketing, and relationship management responsibilities.
  • Cross-functional fluency working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Deep accountability and willingness to learn from setbacks and feedback.
  • Genuine mission alignment with the nonprofit sector.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $170,000-$190,000 USD for US candidates, with 75% base / 25% variable compensation tied to partner revenue.
  • Remote-first work environment.
  • Canada PTO includes 4 weeks paid leave, 11 public holidays, an additional 2-week year-end shutdown, and generous paid sick leave.
