Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with EY, KPMG, PwC, and Deloitte to maximize business outcomes.
  • Develop and execute engagement plans aligned with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and project execution for Big 4 clients.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Big 4 ecosystem.
  • Oversee engagements and partnerships with major consulting organizations.
  • Support stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication across client relationships.

Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience in client management, preferably with direct exposure to Big 4 firms.
  • Strong understanding of backup, security, consulting, and professional services industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing TCS and JIO accounts is an added advantage.
  • Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
