Description

  • Develop and execute account-specific retail strategies to drive sales growth, market share expansion, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with new and existing retail partners across merchandising, marketing, planning, and store operations teams.
  • Deliver regular business performance updates covering sales, returns, inventory positions, and channel insights.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and annual program negotiations across sales, profitability, marketing, operations, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Drive growth through retailer programs such as MDF/CO-OP, digital and physical merchandising, and customer acquisition.
  • Implement the annual national promotional strategy and ensure execution across pricing, inventory, and marketing.
  • Identify, vet, and onboard new retail partners in support of retail expansion strategy.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Membership Experience, Media, and Supply & Demand teams to align retail programs and forecasting.
  • Resolve operational issues proactively, including chargebacks, shortages, PO flow, content errors, and catalog integrity.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in retail account management, preferably in the consumer electronics industry, with national or regional retailers.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth and managing accounts of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high level of autonomy.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
  • Experience managing specialty and regional retail accounts in North America (preferred).
  • Experience working in the consumer electronics industry (preferred).
