Description

  • Lead and collaborate with Advisory Leadership on the advisory team’s business plan, execution, and ongoing evolution.
  • Develop both short-term and long-term plans for team growth and development.
  • Establish and maintain an optimal client experience while ensuring a high level of service.
  • Provide feedback and development opportunities for Associate Wealth Advisors.
  • Take ownership and accountability for client issues as they arise.
  • Serve as primary advisor for more than 50% of client relationships.
  • Conduct client discovery and wealth planning conversations.
  • Create, edit, and present financial plans using planning software.
  • Develop holistic investment strategies, monitor risk tolerance, and partner with Portfolio Management to approve and execute portfolios, trade recommendations, and tax loss harvesting.
  • Manage client interactions, follow-ups, billing reviews, and CRM documentation.
  • Develop new business, build centers of influence, and manage individual and team prospect pipelines, including onboarding new clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of advisory experience in the wealth management industry.
  • CFP® or equivalent certification required, such as ChFC or CPA + PFS.
  • Proven business development skillset.
  • Mastery of investment strategies, risk management, tax planning, and estate planning.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, modeling, and strategic planning.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients.
  • Team-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry, financial products, and financial planning concepts.
  • Clean U4.
  • Ability to meet with clients in person and travel as needed.
