Description

  • Achieve planned sales, patient access, and performance objectives for the assigned geography.
  • Deliver compliant product, disease-state, and access information to healthcare professionals and office personnel.
  • Review, analyze, and interpret reports, data, payer trends, and regulatory factors to plan territory activities.
  • Prepare for customer calls, uncover needs, present approved solutions, and complete post-call follow-up and next steps.
  • Support product access and triage reimbursement issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Braeburn partners to coordinate account management and customer support.
  • Develop ongoing customer dialogue to anticipate needs and respond to market challenges and opportunities.
  • Exercise sound judgment and maintain integrity and compliance with Braeburn policies and Code of Conduct.
  • Manage operational expenses with fiscal discipline.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required; advanced business degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including at least 3 years of sales and/or field market access experience in biotech, specialty pharmaceutical, or device industries.
  • Experience in complex distribution models, including Specialty Pharmacy, Buy & Bill, and direct distribution.
  • Proven sales or field market access performance, supported by market performance reports and recognition awards in Specialty Pharmacy markets.
  • In-depth understanding of reimbursement and insurance coverage for physician-administered treatments.
  • Product launch experience in a highly complicated and competitive environment.
  • Experience selling specialty physician-administered products, such as implantable or injectable medication technologies, in a healthcare setting.
  • Ability to work autonomously and identify new business opportunities.
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and nationally, with overnight travel up to 50-70% in some territories.
