Description

  • Initiate telephone and email outreach to identify new commercial opportunities in the assigned territory.
  • Use internal and third-party tools to generate leads and uncover white space.
  • Support qualified prospects with follow-up, product information, and quotations.
  • Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities and track activity through Salesforce reports.
  • Participate in call-out days, customer events, and meetings with sales colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activity records in CRM systems.
  • Contribute to team training and help onboard new sales associates.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Proficiency with MS Office automation tools.
  • Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (preferred).
  • French language knowledge at B2 level or above (preferred).
  • Must be permanently located in Poland; remote work is only possible for employees located in Poland.
