Description

  • Drive improvements across the end-to-end new-business sales motion from lead generation through closed-won.
  • Identify and optimize “Land” processes to reduce sales cycle time, improve conversion and win rates, and increase average selling price.
  • Refine workflows, integrate tools, and remove manual hand-offs across sales and support teams.
  • Recommend and implement best practices across discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing stages.
  • Gather insights from field, inside sales, channel, and renewals leaders to guide automation priorities and operational improvements.
  • Partner with SDRs, AEs, technical pre-sales, marketing, and channel teams to create a seamless prospect experience.
  • Use AI, automation, and data science to streamline workflows and accelerate revenue impact.
  • Support stronger pipeline progression and sales efficiency through process and tool improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, sales process design, or business process optimization within SaaS or technology organizations.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI and automation to improve sales workflows and decision-making.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and pre-sales enablement.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across sales, marketing, and technical organizations.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology environment is required.
  • Ability to operate across multiple teams and influence process changes without direct authority.
