Description

  • Own and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and operational playbooks as the source of truth for performance and processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights to support sales performance and decision-making.
  • Drive process optimization and enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team and troubleshoot reporting or workflow challenges.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to align systems, processes, and reporting across the sales lifecycle.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that improve visibility, reduce operational friction, and support long-term growth.
  • Track progress toward operational goals and help improve reporting clarity and process effectiveness over time.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role supporting go-to-market teams.
  • Experience working in healthcare, Medicare, insurance, or another similarly regulated environment.
  • Advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting models and queries in BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Proven ability to improve operational processes and translate data insights into measurable business impact.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, or Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced spreadsheet skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including building scalable, multi-source reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience with performance reporting, workflow improvement, or sales enablement is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is a plus.
  • Final compensation may vary based on internal equity, market data, education, work experience, and certifications.
