Description

  • Generate sales within an assigned territory through telephone-based outreach and other electronic sales methods.
  • Prospect new customers, build relationships, and close sales opportunities.
  • Drive business and technical value in response to partner deal registrations, qualified opportunities, and lead lists, including cold calling when needed.
  • Coordinate sales activities with partners and resellers to identify and close new business.
  • Maximize territory coverage and expand adoption of Veeam products within target organizations.
  • Provide forecasting and account opportunity updates as needed.
  • Drive revenue and contribute to quota attainment for individual and team goals.
  • Collaborate with channel sales and system engineers on territory planning and execution.
  • Update and maintain the CRM system in Salesforce.com.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams, including channel, engineering, marketing, and field teams.
  • Ability to build positive, lasting relationships with a variety of people.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-energy, motivated self-starter who can adapt to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including electronic correspondence in English.
  • Knowledge of basic business research tools.
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office automation tools such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry.
