Description

  • Collaborate with C-suite leaders, physicians, office staff, and other external stakeholders to build and maintain strong practice relationships.
  • Develop provider-specific plans to improve risk adjustment, quality performance, participation, and provider satisfaction.
  • Identify performance improvement opportunities through analysis and discussion with subject matter experts.
  • Create and execute improvement plans for practices that are not meeting performance goals.
  • Increase active participation among contracted practices at the individual provider level.
  • Support achievement of 99%+ provider retention year over year.
  • Respond to provider questions, concerns, and complaints using standard protocols, job aids, and workflows.
  • Research and resolve escalated service issues in partnership with leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Document all practice interactions and communications in Salesforce and other applicable tools.
  • Drive year-over-year improvement in provider satisfaction scores and support interdepartmental projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of provider account management, liaison, or engagement experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience working in a health system or other healthcare setting.
  • Ability to influence behavior across all levels, including C-suite leaders, providers, and office staff.
  • Demonstrated success increasing provider engagement.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written presentation and communication skills in remote and in-person settings.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Up to 25% travel required.
  • Preferred: strong knowledge or experience in value-based care arrangements.
  • Preferred: experience working with health systems, provider practices, provider enablers, payers, ACOs, and payviders.
  • Preferred: proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Preferred: knowledge of quality, risk adjustment, and Medicare HEDIS/Stars programs.
  • Preferred: experience using a CRM such as Salesforce.
