Description

  • Own the entire sales cycle for the DACH region: research and qualify leads, book meetings via calls/emails/LinkedIn, run demos, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Present Valutico’s platform to prospective clients and clearly communicate its value tailored to their specific requirements.
  • Engage and build relationships with senior decision-makers across financial services, including tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Contribute to and continuously refine the go-to-market and sales strategy for the DACH market.
  • After onboarding (~3–6 months), manage an SDR to support lead generation and demo booking for your market.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to close deals and grow customer accounts.
  • Hit defined sales targets and provide regular reporting on pipeline and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally FinTech or related sector).
  • Strong commercial instincts with ability to identify opportunities, navigate buying cycles, and create urgency.
  • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and building trust and credibility with financial services clients.
  • Experience selling to tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, or banking firms is a strong plus.
  • Ownership mindset: proactive, seeks feedback, and accountable for results.
  • Collaborative working style with experience coordinating with SDRs, marketing, and customer success.
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English, with ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Available for full-time work and able to operate remotely (hybrid option if based in Vienna).
  • Comfortable using CRM, sales technologies, and a data-driven sales approach.
