Description

  • Execute quarterly sales targets with direct and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Consistently meet sales quotas and drive the upmarket sales process.
  • Own the full sales motion from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation, closing, and account management.
  • Maintain and update Salesforce (CRM) with accurate account and pipeline information.
  • Collaborate with BDRs, Solutions Consultants, Customer Success Managers, and leadership to build strategic plans for prospects and customers.
  • Work closely with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client onboarding.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and position Route effectively in the market.
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings to strengthen Route’s market presence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience selling software or SaaS solutions.
  • Direct experience selling into ecommerce, retail, or digital commerce platforms.
  • Proven success owning the full sales cycle with a primary focus on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Experience presenting to and building relationships with senior managers and C-level executives.
  • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving Legal, IT, Security, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Product.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to drive progress and influence outcomes.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
