Description

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement solutions.
  • Build scalable and maintainable Marketing Cloud implementations aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Implement complex data models, automations, and integrations with CRM, Data 360, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure performance, security, and compliance, including GDPR and consent management.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear technical designs.
  • Contribute to solution architecture decisions across Marketing Cloud and the broader mar-tech ecosystem.
  • Advise on integration strategies and platform extensions to support client use cases.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for clients during delivery phases.
  • Support discovery sessions, technical workshops, project kick-offs, and proof-of-concept development.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including proposals, estimates, demos, and solution designs.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in an agency, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience delivering complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
  • Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, JavaScript, SQL, and APIs.
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation, data architecture, and integration patterns.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between Marketing Cloud and CRM, Data 360, and external systems.
  • Strong Salesforce Platform technical and process integration knowledge across CRM, Service, or Sales.
  • Ability to explain technical trade-offs, constraints, and design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • One or more Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications is preferred, such as Developer, Consultant, Email Specialist, or Administrator.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Data Cloud, CI/CD, source control, or deployment automation for Marketing Cloud is preferred.
