Description

  • Build and launch automated and batch email campaigns in the marketing automation platform, including segmentation, email builds, UTMs, and QA.
  • Own webinar promotional campaigns, including registration and reminder emails that drive attendance and engagement for live events and virtual summits.
  • Project manage email campaigns and related deliverables in Wrike, including stakeholder coordination, task creation, assignment, and deadline management.
  • Maintain audience governance and deliverability health by managing segmentation, send frequency, volume controls, and engagement monitoring.
  • Set up and support email experiments such as A/B tests and analyze results to improve the customer journey.
  • Analyze and report on email and lifecycle program performance using marketing automation and analytics dashboards.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Marketing Operations, Webinars, Product, Billing, and Data teams to execute campaigns.
  • Support other related email marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation within a SaaS environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience building automated and batch campaigns in a marketing automation platform such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar.
  • Experience with segmentation logic, triggers, and workflows.
  • Experience supporting trial-based or product-led growth models, with impact on activation, trial-to-paid conversion, or revenue expansion initiatives.
  • High attention to detail and operational rigor, including QA processes, naming conventions, and tracking accuracy such as UTMs and attribution.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and execute campaigns independently from brief intake through deployment and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting performance data and dashboards such as Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability best practices.
  • Experience working with Knak and Wrike is preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely in Canada or the USA in provinces or states where the company can hire legally.

  • Remote work eligibility for applicants in Canada and the USA in approved provinces/states.
  • Canada pay range of $64,600–$90,400 CAD.
  • US pay range of $67,700–$94,700 USD.
