Description

  • Own end-to-end lead routing logic within the CRM.
  • Ensure inbound leads are assigned quickly and track human follow-up systematically.
  • Build and maintain routing rules for territory, round-robin, and priority tiers.
  • Design, implement, and optimize AI-assisted follow-up systems.
  • Enroll qualified leads in structured multi-touch engagement sequences.
  • Generate, personalize, and adapt AI-driven outreach based on lead behavior and signals.
  • Act as the bridge between AI tools and sales teams to make outreach relevant, timely, and actionable.
  • Translate sales feedback into improvements in AI workflows and logic.
  • Integrate and operationalize data from multiple sources, including intent signals, contact data, inbound activity, and partner data.
  • Track partner-influenced pipeline, certification coverage, speed to lead, lead-to-meeting conversion, and pipeline generated.
  • Identify bottlenecks in lead handling and conversion and build scalable workflows to reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with the Partnerships team to align certification readiness with go-to-market priorities and co-sell opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Growth.
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and lead lifecycle management.
  • Hands-on experience with automation and AI-powered tools in go-to-market workflows.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize workflows that combine automation with human sales execution.
  • Comfort working with data, segmentation, and performance metrics.
  • Ability to apply AI tools to real business workflows, not just experiment with them.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems and certification/co-sell motions is a plus.
  • Systems thinker who designs scalable processes instead of relying on manual effort.
  • Connector mindset with the ability to bridge marketing, sales, and technology.
  • Outcome-oriented focus on pipeline and conversion.
  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Québec.
  • For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is required for collaboration across the Americas and occasionally Europe.
