Description

  • Identify organizational initiatives requiring change enablement, including new team structures, global expansion, and capability building.
  • Develop change and enablement strategies with the President, executive leadership team, and functional leaders.
  • Manage change initiatives through adoption by measuring impact, closing feedback loops, and adjusting plans.
  • Create communications that explain organizational changes and their relevance to teams and individuals.
  • Partner with executive leadership on major announcements and cascade strategy into clear organizational messaging.
  • Oversee internal communication channels, including all-hands meetings, newsletters, and leadership updates.
  • Develop onboarding and organizational reference materials explaining Kobie’s values and ways of working.
  • Use surveys, pulse checks, and office hours to assess culture and improve employee experience.
  • Support employee committees, including DE&I, Wellness, and affinity groups, with strategic direction and resources.
  • Partner with HR, Recruiting, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders on employee experience, employer brand, global capability launches, and brand alignment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in organizational development, change management, or internal communications.
  • Demonstrated experience leading organizational change or capability-building initiatives.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with executive and functional leaders on strategic initiatives.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for multiple audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, marketing, change management, communications, HR, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of organizational psychology, resistance management, and adoption strategies.
  • Ability to use surveys, feedback mechanisms, and metrics to inform strategy.
  • Strategic, data-minded thinker who can anticipate impact and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to build partnerships across organizational levels and navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability and willingness to travel periodically for business objectives, collaboration, customer engagements, training, and company events.
