Description

  • Coordinate background checks to align completion with start date requirements.
  • Support I-9 and E-Verify processes, track completion, and escalate compliance issues.
  • Track onboarding progress from offer acceptance through first-day orientation and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Partner with HR teams to update new hire information in systems such as ADP with accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare and maintain personnel files in accordance with documentation requirements.
  • Manage onboarding communications with hiring managers and new hires.
  • Create and maintain reports and tracking logs to improve onboarding visibility.
  • Support updates to onboarding materials, including the Onboarding Manual.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Onboarding team.
  • Handle other assigned projects and duties as needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Working knowledge of employment practices and compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to coordinate multiple onboarding activities simultaneously.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based HR systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare and/or multi-state organization preferred.
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Temporary 6-month assignment.
