Description

  • Provide support to employees and clients on benefits plans, pricing, coverage, claims, enrollment, unenrollment, invoicing, and platform usage.
  • Process and resolve tickets and escalations through Zendesk and email.
  • Execute data-related tasks with care and precision, including preparation, entry, and downloads.
  • Help define, document, and execute standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Benefits team and other departments to analyze customer needs and deliver solutions.
  • Provide administrative, analytical, and technical support for benefits programs and plan administration.
  • Maintain operations process documentation and identify opportunities for automation and process streamlining.
  • Research information and distill it into written knowledge in Notion.
  • Act as an internal and external champion of Remote’s values and the Benefits team’s goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in HR operations and employee benefits, ideally delivering US PEO services.
  • Strong customer service orientation and commitment to excellent employee and client support.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask across various tech tools.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with a “manager of one” mindset.
  • Fluent English written and spoken.
  • Remote work experience is a plus, but not required.
