Description

  • Own the end-to-end planning, production, and post-event analysis of a rolling calendar of partner events.
  • Develop event briefs, run-of-show documents, speaker prep materials, and post-event reports with Partnership Managers and Product Marketing.
  • Source and manage vendors, venues, AV/production partners, and logistics for in-person activations across ANZ and beyond.
  • Build scalable event playbooks that partners can use for self-serve execution.
  • Manage partner event budgets and optimize spend against pipeline generated and ROI.
  • Work with Marketing Operations to ensure event registrations, attendance, and follow-up sequences are accurately captured and attributed in HubSpot.
  • Design and execute integrated co-marketing campaigns around partner events, including pre-event promotion, in-event engagement, and post-event nurture.
  • Produce co-branded event assets such as landing pages, email invitations, social graphics, and slide decks with Design and Product Marketing.
  • Own the management, optimization, and reporting of UpGuard’s B2B marketplace listings on platforms such as AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace.
  • Act as the primary marketing distributor for partner content and maintain partner portals with updated assets, recordings, and follow-up materials.
  • Work with Marketing Operations and Revenue to track and report on partner event-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Define and document internal processes for submitting GTM assets for partner event activation and marketplace implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of specialized experience in Partner Marketing, Field Events, or Channel Marketing, preferably within SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Proven experience planning and executing high-quality B2B events, both virtual and in-person, with measurable pipeline outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent events and campaigns across different partners and timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with comfort coordinating across Sales, Product Marketing, Design, and external partner contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships with Product Marketing, Sales, and external Partnership Managers.
  • Experience using marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot to track event leads, campaign activity, and attribution.
  • High attention to detail and strong commercial acumen, including managing event budgets and reporting on ROI.
  • Experience marketing through or to MSSPs or within the cybersecurity ecosystem (preferred).
  • Direct experience managing listings and driving transactions on cloud marketplaces such as AWS, Azure, and GCP (preferred).
  • Familiarity with webinar and virtual event platforms such as ON24, Zoom Webinars, or Hopin, and in-person event production tools (preferred).
  • Strong data literacy, including building event performance dashboards and reporting on partner-influenced revenue (preferred).
  • Familiarity with the commercial and legal nuances of B2B partnership contracts and co-marketing agreements (preferred).
