Description

  • Partner with Account Managers on complex renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary technical and product expert for the Account Management team.
  • Drive product activation during the renewal and expansion cycle for existing customers.
  • Support customers during trials and proof-of-concepts for the platform and additional products.
  • Identify customer pain points, challenges, and goals during trials and POCs, and help shape requirements.
  • Act as the technical point of contact for support questions during the renewal and expansion cycle.
  • Assist with customer security assessments, RFPs, and business cases as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve the trial and POC experience by identifying insights, trends, and process improvements.
  • Develop solutions to mitigate issues found in the trial process.
  • Translate advanced technical value into solutions that support customer growth and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, post-sales technical role such as Renewals-focused Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Technical Account Manager.
  • Experience in a post-sales or expansion-focused role is highly preferred.
  • Comfort and effectiveness in a commercial-driven environment, partnering closely with sales and success teams to achieve revenue goals.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and GRC landscape, including tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, or similar security stack platforms.
  • Passion for becoming a deep subject matter expert on a complex software platform.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical executives.
  • Structured approach to diagnosing and solving ambiguous technical problems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with CSMs, Support, and Product teams.
  • Must be located in an eligible U.S. state for employment; visa sponsorship and relocation are not supported.
