Description

  • Own the full sales cycle within a territory, leading new business acquisition across financial services accounts.
  • Partner with Sales Development Representatives to identify, engage, and nurture high-potential prospects.
  • Hunt for and win new logos through a consultative, value-driven sales approach.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that clearly communicate AlphaSense’s value and impact.
  • Run product trials with Product Specialists and ensure a strong client experience.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline, accurate forecasting, and consistent results against ambitious targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share prospect feedback and influence product development.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with prospects and clients across multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience in value-based, consultative environments, with a focus on Financial Services.
  • Demonstrated success engaging end-user personas such as Analysts, Associates, and Portfolio Managers.
  • Proven ability to consistently exceed targets in new business acquisition roles.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, initiative, resilience, and a proactive, determined approach.
  • Ability to uncover business challenges across organizational levels and learn from coaching and training.
  • Experience using modern sales processes and technology stacks.
  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and managing multiple client trials concurrently.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate the value of AI-driven insights to diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of the Financial Services sector and the challenges faced by buy-side and sell-side clients.
