Description

  • Lead the global strategy, design, and operational execution of Pigment’s Partner Network.
  • Map the end-to-end partner lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through certification and co-selling.
  • Design and manage a multi-track partner program spanning Services, Technology, Data, and Powered-by-Pigment partners.
  • Transition existing partner tiers into a competency-based network aligned with industry standards.
  • Own the roadmap for the Partner Portal and improve it for deal registration, lead distribution, and performance analytics.
  • Design and implement partner incentives such as referral fees, MDF, and specialized rewards for proprietary model builders.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, and RevOps to embed the partner program into go-to-market operations.
  • Establish and maintain a Partner Quality Scorecard covering implementation health and customer NPS.
  • Lead global partner communications, including Partner Days, webinars, newsletters, and enablement assets.
  • Support the transformation of the partner function from a startup-stage model into a scalable, enterprise-ready engine.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Partner Programs or Channel Operations.
  • Proven experience designing and rolling out global partner networks at high-growth B2B SaaS companies.
  • 4+ years of experience with the business of partnerships and financial modeling for ecosystem-driven revenue growth.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across time zones and departments without formal authority.
  • Deep expertise with modern RevOps and partner tech stack tools, including Salesforce, Crossbeam, and PRM platforms such as PartnerStack or Allbound.
  • Proven track record of scaling a partner program from initial setup to a global, multi-million-dollar transaction engine.
  • Experience managing partner programs across Global SIs, Boutique Consultancies, and Technology Alliances.
  • Strong communication and executive presence for working with C-suite stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Understanding of the FP&A/EPM or Business Intelligence landscape.
  • BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
