Description

  • Own the day-to-day relationship with enterprise partners after leadership handoff.
  • Drive referral activation by moving agents from awareness to active referral behavior through education, tools, and regular touchpoints.
  • Build and execute account plans for each partner, including referral targets and KPIs.
  • Organize educational events, campaigns, and other initiatives to keep Perch top of mind within partner organizations.
  • Identify and develop champion agents who refer consistently and influence their peers.
  • Track and report on referral activity, pipeline conversion, and co-marketing ROI across the account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with mortgage agents and customer support to ensure a smooth client handoff experience that drives repeat referrals.
  • Surface product gaps, service issues, and competitive insights from the field to leadership and product teams.
  • Act as a connector between partnership accounts and the product/engineering team.
  • Maintain disciplined daily outreach across calling, email, LinkedIn, and in-person partner events.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, partnership success, or B2B relationship management, ideally in mortgage, real estate, proptech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of growing revenue or referral volume within an existing account portfolio.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present confidently to groups ranging from 5 people to 500.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience managing accounts in a CRM and reporting results clearly.
  • Self-directed and proactive, with comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly as strategy evolves.
  • Familiarity with how Canadian real estate brokerages and agent teams operate is a plus.
  • Background in fintech or proptech partnerships is a plus.
  • CRM proficiency, such as HubSpot or Intercom, is a plus.
