Description

  • Conduct engaging in-home or face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Close new business through direct-to-consumer estate planning sales.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to move deals through the sales process.
  • Use a CRM system to track client activity and manage sales opportunities.
  • Work assigned territory coverage within an 80/90-mile area.
  • Collaborate with the company’s training and support resources to improve performance.
  • Maintain strong organization and time management while managing client appointments.
  • Travel locally to meet clients in person as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful outside or in-home sales experience to be considered.
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in outside, direct-to-consumer, or in-home sales.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities.
  • Familiarity with computers and prior CRM experience.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to meet clients face-to-face.
  • Must reside in the state of application.
  • No license required for this position.
  • Estate planning sales experience is relevant, but this role is not insurance.
  • Preferred comfort working in a qualified-lead, low-cold-calling sales environment.
