Description

  • Respond to every inbound message within coverage hours across email, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
  • Qualify leads using the ARISE framework and confirm raise amount, status, timeline, and at least one real gap before making an offer.
  • Keep communication direct, concise, and aligned with the CEO’s voice.
  • Tag every lead accurately by source and stage in real time and keep note fields current.
  • Flag red-alert conversations to Kat or the appropriate team member immediately.
  • Maintain the weekly KPI log.
  • Run DM blitzes after webinars, viral posts, launch weeks, and announcements.
  • Follow the SOPs for The 24-Hour Close, Warm Lead Sprint, and Founder Funding Week.
  • Disqualify and route or park conversations that do not meet fit criteria, including anti-equity stance, no near-term timeline, no clear raise amount, no timeline, or no visible pain.
  • Handle clean exits as well as closes and avoid pitching into uncertainty.

Requirements

  • Prior appointment-setting or chat-closing experience.
  • Ability to match the CEO’s voice in writing: direct, founder-first, and no fluff.
  • Fluent understanding of buyer behavior.
  • Strong organization and accuracy while handling 100-250 conversations per day.
  • Calm and strategic when handling objections.
  • Metrics-driven approach to sales conversations and follow-up.
  • Disciplined and not pushy, with the ability to qualify before offering.
  • Confident, fast, and clear written communication.
  • Background in online business, coaching, or startups preferred.
