Description

  • Manage an assigned sales territory with a focus on enterprise opportunities.
  • Build relationships with executives and key decision makers in target and existing accounts.
  • Lead RFPs and other enterprise sales pursuits.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Unite Us CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations on go-to-market alignment.
  • Communicate the vision and value of Unite Us technology to prospects and clients.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Identify, visit, and influence decision-makers at prospective customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base.
  • Own the handoff of new clients to the implementation team.
  • Mentor Sales Executives and other team members.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of enterprise sales or relevant leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated success selling to Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), state Medicaid agencies, state and county governments, or large health systems.
  • Deep knowledge of California's Medicaid landscape and the CalAIM initiative.
  • Experience managing complex, enterprise-level healthcare accounts across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of California's healthcare ecosystem, including payer-provider dynamics, value-based care initiatives, and state/regional procurement processes.
  • Experience developing strategic account growth plans across multiple states.
  • Expertise in Healthcare and/or Government markets, preferred.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions or within the Healthcare market.
  • Proven experience building and expanding industry relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Must reside in California, Washington, or Oregon.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Ability to pass a background check, including criminal, employment, and education verification.
