Description

  • Drive partner-sourced pipeline through co-sell motions, joint accounts, and targeted enterprise use cases.
  • Define and execute a global partnerships strategy across SIs, hyperscalers, channel partners, and other alliance types.
  • Recruit, close, and activate strategic partners that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Develop repeatable partner-specific co-sell plays aligned to partner needs and enterprise entry points.
  • Hire, lead, and scale a partnerships team with clear structure, metrics, and performance standards.
  • Drive pipeline generation and closed revenue through partner-led and partner-influenced deals.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps on pipeline, POCs, and partner attribution.
  • Represent Unframe in partner and customer meetings, as well as industry events, with frequent travel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or indirect GTM within enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through partners.
  • Experience working with SIs, hyperscalers, or channel ecosystems in complex enterprise sales environments.
  • Strong enterprise sales instincts and comfort influencing complex early-stage deals.
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing, distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of complex technical products and how to position them with CIO, CTO, and data/AI stakeholders.
  • Builder mindset with experience creating partnership programs from zero.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Willingness to travel 30–40% for partner and customer meetings and industry events.
