Description

  • Design and implement a tiered partner program and channel operating model.
  • Establish partner engagement rules, deal registration processes, and referral/resale/services motions.
  • Create partner enablement frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and training materials.
  • Build and deepen executive relationships with national partners and integrators.
  • Activate regional VAR and services partners through relationship refreshes, enablement sessions, and pipeline campaigns.
  • Drive partner-led pipeline development through co-selling, joint opportunity identification, and marketing collaboration.
  • Support partner sales teams with positioning guides, micro playbooks, account mapping, and joint customer meetings.
  • Own partner governance through scorecards, quarterly business reviews, joint account planning, and pipeline tracking.
  • Track and report partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, active sellers, enablement participation, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Services, and Vendor Alliances to align partner strategy.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years of experience in channel or alliances roles.
  • Experience in an MSSP environment offering Pen Testing, MDR, SOC as a Service, and Security Engineering solutions.
  • Experience working with VARs, national integrators, or security partners.
  • Experience building partner programs from early stages.
  • Strong executive relationship development skills.
  • Experience in partner enablement and pipeline development.
  • Ability to drive sales strategy and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Builder mindset focused on program creation.
  • Operator mindset focused on driving pipeline.
  • Connector mindset focused on relationships across partners.
