Description

  • Work closely with an assigned Technology Services Distributor to identify in-market CX/AI-focused partners and generate mindshare, pipeline growth, and UJET sales.
  • Develop and execute quarterly and annual partner strategies and manage agreed-upon KPIs.
  • Initiate and lead quarterly business reviews to measure partner success and trends.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with partner leadership and stakeholder teams across distributor and partner organizations.
  • Align regional sales organizations with partners through targeted demand generation and partnership activities.
  • Drive partner enablement efforts including co-marketing, events, trainings, and networking activities.
  • Coordinate internally with UJET sales executives and leadership to align on strategy and sales goals.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor Channel Sales Managers as the organization grows.
  • Serve as the escalation point for TSDs and partners to support customer experience and issue resolution.
  • Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting and manage opportunity progression through the sales process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product marketing, marketing, and operations to deliver a strong partner experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve close rates, deal registrations, and pipeline growth.
  • Travel as needed for partner meetings, events, and networking.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of technology sales and channel sales experience.
  • Experience selling Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) and related AI capabilities preferred.
  • Experience building and managing multiple partner relationships.
  • Experience within the Technology Services Distributor (TSD) community required.
  • 5+ years of experience selling through the TSD and Technology Advisor channel preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience selling channel contact center solutions with a focus on CCaaS and AI solutions preferred.
  • Strong relevant partner relationships within the TSD community.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Understanding of opportunity qualification, deal cycles, and forecasting.
  • Experience strategizing and implementing pipeline growth plans preferred.
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Ability to recruit, develop, and build go-to-market plans with TSDs and top partners.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Annual U.S. target compensation of $220,000 to $300,000 OTE, inclusive of base salary and variable incentive.
