Description

  • Build the foundational OEM go-to-market playbook for how Samsara partners with OEMs.
  • Develop and influence executive-level relationships with key OEM partners to align objectives.
  • Partner across Samsara to shape a mutual Samsara/OEM value proposition and design joint go-to-market motions.
  • Create scalable, repeatable partner programs for coordinated OEM engagement.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of Partner Account Managers focused on OEM growth and activation.
  • Drive incremental revenue through multiple partner-led go-to-market motions.
  • Align cross-functional teams around a common channel strategy and operating model.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder partnership and deal environments across several companies.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, consulting, or sales.
  • Experience building new partner motions and high-performing teams.
  • Experience architecting mutual value propositions and co-sell motions that generate consistent pipeline.
  • Ability to drive multi-layered sell-with and sell-through partnership motions.
  • Ability to navigate complex deals across multiple stakeholders and companies.
  • Proven ability to create structure, process, and commercial models where none exist.
  • Ability to align cross-functional teams toward a common channel goal.
  • Experience working with OEMs in a go-to-market or strategy capacity (preferred).
  • Understanding of OEM pre-delivery installation, routes to market, and dealer networks (preferred).
  • Experience in B2B technology or within a B2B technology ecosystem (preferred).
  • Must be able to work remotely from within the US.
