Description

  • Own and grow relationships with key strategic partners, including executive- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Align mutual objectives with partners and develop long-term partnership roadmaps.
  • Identify, develop, and launch joint business opportunities and go-to-market motions with partners.
  • Manage joint go-to-market campaigns and support partner sales enablement.
  • Drive co-selling initiatives and build a strong partner-influenced sales pipeline.
  • Own partner-driven revenue targets and coordinate alignment across channel, sales, and regional leadership.
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and partner contribution to regional bookings.
  • Measure and report partner-sourced revenue performance and track growth.
  • Facilitate partner onboarding, training, and coordination across technical, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Track market trends, partner strategies, and competitive dynamics, and share insights with product teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Previous exposure to channel, partner management, or business development is a plus.
  • Strong ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders, including executive-level contacts.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create mutually valuable go-to-market motions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across technical, commercial, and executive teams.
  • Comfort working in fast-changing environments and adapting strategies quickly.
  • High motivation, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Results-driven approach with focus on measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to develop trust and long-term engagement with strategic and emerging partners.
