Description

  • Lead the development of a best-in-class reporting suite, including a redesigned summary page, filtering, advanced visualizations, and AI-driven insights.
  • Define and ship the MVP for the next-generation Narrative Intelligence and AI Copilot for Insights experience.
  • Partner with Data Science to deliver foundational Copilot capabilities that can scale to millions of responses.
  • Set and drive a product roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term innovation.
  • Consolidate onboarding learnings, customer feedback, and market context into product decisions.
  • Improve usage, satisfaction, and activation metrics across reporting features.
  • Build internal alignment and communicate product value clearly to Sales, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams.
  • Support Sales and Customer Success in articulating differentiated analytics value to customers.

Requirements

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term vision and near-term results.
  • High ownership mindset with a proactive approach to removing blockers and driving progress.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Data Science, Legal, and Engineering.
  • Confident communicator with commercial fluency and presence when working with leadership and enterprise customers.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for solving real-world data and reporting challenges.
  • Deep product knowledge in analytics, data visualization, and reporting, especially for SaaS or B2B products.
  • Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled product development and user-facing intelligence features.
  • Experience working with large-scale data infrastructure such as Clickhouse or other columnar databases.
  • High data literacy and the ability to influence roadmap decisions through evidence and insight.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-threaded product workstreams.
  • Strong track record building or buying advanced reporting and analytics tools, preferred.
  • Experience in survey tooling or working with flexible, unstructured response data, preferred.
  • Hands-on experience delivering modern AI-powered product features, preferred.
