Description

  • Gather, refine, and analyze market feedback to define requirements and document solution approaches.
  • Collaborate with client management, product, and architecture teams to define functional approaches for product vision and customer needs.
  • Own the successful definition, delivery, and implementation of advised solutions.
  • Escalate project risks, impacts, and client executive misalignments as they are identified.
  • Support the full product lifecycle from sales support and pre-sales through go-live, stabilization, and support.
  • Partner with product managers on strategic roadmapping and product investment decisions.
  • Review and approve requirements, designs, and other deliverables.
  • Create scope and approach documents for product and client initiatives.
  • Support internal training, product turnover, and knowledge-sharing events.
  • Work with marketing on win-loss analysis, positioning documents, marketing plans, and go-to-market activities.
  • Perform competitive analysis and maintain expert knowledge of the competitive landscape.
  • Develop and coordinate product training for sales, client services, and solution engineer teams.
  • Review product pricing and solution strategies and validate budget against revenue and expenses.
  • Coordinate client-facing communications and product collateral with technology and other groups.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts/Sciences (B.A. or B.S.) required.
  • Master’s degree in Arts/Sciences (M.A. or M.S.) preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing or product management.
  • Minimum 5 years of healthcare experience.
  • Experience with system designs and concepts required.
  • Strong communication, organizational, observational, design, and engineering skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset.
  • High familiarity with Microsoft Office.
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive results.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States; no immigration sponsorship available.
  • Remote work with hybrid schedule required for employees within 40 miles of Tampa, FL; Canonsburg, PA; or Bowie, MD.

  • Base salary range of $132,000 to $180,000 USD.
