Description

  • Build solutions for finance, billing, and other financial services at Remote.
  • Own the end-to-end product experience across both human and software-powered services.
  • Lead complex solutions independently without heavy support from senior product leaders.
  • Manage expectations and prioritize effectively across complex projects, products, and features.
  • Develop the roadmap and strategy for your product area in Finance.
  • Break strategic plans into clear near-term and mid-term goals.
  • Align the product roadmap with broader department and company goals.
  • Ship improvements quickly and iteratively by finding minimal viable solutions.
  • Work with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
  • Understand business KPIs and align team metrics to improve them.
  • Communicate team progress, techniques, and learnings across the product organization.

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or a similar area, ideally at a high-growth company.
  • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code, or a similar AI-assisted development tool.
  • Ability to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes using AI tooling.
  • Strong judgment for both strategic prioritization and tactical feature-scope decisions.
  • Demonstrable self-driven results that have improved a product.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments such as business operations and sales.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a remote environment is a bonus.
  • Ability to work autonomously on simple features and iterations, with support needed mainly for complex problems.
  • Understanding of and ability to solve complex business problems related to mobile experiences is preferred.
