Description

  • Partner with senior leaders to improve team effectiveness and sustained performance.
  • Diagnose organizational friction and identify root causes of performance challenges.
  • Advise on organization design, role clarity, and structural decisions.
  • Support workforce planning and people budgeting with divisional leadership.
  • Coach managers on feedback habits and performance conversations.
  • Guide leaders through performance management with consistency and clarity.
  • Advise on headcount trade-offs and prioritization decisions.
  • Use people data to identify risks, patterns, and intervention opportunities.
  • Translate people insights into practical action plans and leadership recommendations.
  • Lead or support recurring people processes such as performance reviews and engagement surveys.
  • Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
  • Partner with People Operations to clarify ownership boundaries and balance compliance with strategic intent.

Requirements

  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in fast-paced or scaling environments.
  • Proven ability to advise senior leaders on organizational performance and design.
  • Experience supporting transformation, change, or restructuring initiatives.
  • Commercial mindset with strong business understanding.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills focused on root causes, not just symptoms.
  • Confidence coaching and influencing leaders constructively.
  • Experience with organizational design and team structure optimization.
  • Experience with change management and transformation execution.
  • Working knowledge of employment law in Europe, the UK, and/or the US.
