Description

  • Evolve and expand the global total rewards strategy to attract, retain, and motivate distributed teams.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, and equity incentives.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs to ensure they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with company goals.
  • Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to keep rewards programs competitive.
  • Partner with Finance and Legal to ensure compliance with regulations and governance requirements, including executive compensation.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the Executive Leadership Team and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Lead global equity and diversity compliance efforts, including EEO/AA programs and required filings such as EEO-1 and Vets-100.
  • Drive continuous improvement in total rewards programs through technology and best practices.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing compensation and benefits team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits management, including leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing global compensation and benefits programs in the tech industry.
  • Experience in both large established organizations and growth companies is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of executive compensation principles and experience interfacing with a Board Compensation Committee.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical ability and the ability to translate business objectives into total rewards strategies.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to dive into details when needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • High integrity, ethics, and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and compliance standards.
