Description

  • Identify and engage potential customers through targeted outreach across email, phone, social media, inbound inquiries, marketing campaigns, LinkedIn, and related channels.
  • Build rapport with prospects by sharing relevant resources and understanding their position in the buying process.
  • Convert marketing leads into qualified sales opportunities and collaborate with field sales on outbound prospecting and competitive strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for incoming calls and web inquiries, and manage lead follow-up through the sales funnel.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory sales calls and demos in collaboration with the Sales Administrator.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while providing regular pipeline and lead status updates.
  • Generate and distribute reports on sales lead activity and performance.
  • Identify upsell and new module opportunities, and work with HRP or ERP Consultants to align offerings with client needs.
  • Lead client-facing engagements for renewals, retention, and upsells, while coordinating with HRP or ERP Consultant support when needed.
  • Maintain detailed client interaction and renewal records in HubSpot, including retention strategies and actionable consultant insights.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, sales development, or a related field.
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; 5+ years of relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong familiarity with sales technologies and tools, such as CRM and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to engage C-level executives.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts and building productive client relationships.
  • A proactive, self-driven sales hunter mindset with the ability to own the pipeline and pursue new opportunities.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of successful experience in mid-market software sales with a track record of exceeding targets.
