Description

  • Manage custom antibody projects end-to-end from intake through final delivery, including transitions between quoting, production, and data delivery.
  • Gather antibody design requirements and prepare accurate quotes and statements of work that reflect customer needs and production capabilities.
  • Track issued quotations and active orders, and maintain real-time project status updates in the project tracker.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project timelines, data quality, and technical updates.
  • Coordinate communication between Sales, Customer Service, Tech Support, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and route technical questions to the appropriate internal experts for follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders in progress, and shipments to support reliable reporting.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to help scale operations as the department grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • An advanced degree or hands-on laboratory experience is a plus.
  • 4–5 years of experience in the life sciences.
  • Technical background in antibody engineering and/or antibody characterization is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience leading scientific projects in a commercial setting.
  • Proven ability to manage timelines across multiple departments.
  • Experience working effectively with customers and internal teams without direct authority over those teams.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards under pressure.
  • Track record of identifying bottlenecks and implementing practical solutions to improve workflow scalability.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and Jira is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $128,000–$161,000 USD in the San Francisco Bay Area.
  • Eligible for bonus compensation.
