Description

  • Lead successful execution of large-scale pilot launches and ongoing client engagements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Field Engineering, Support, Product, and R&D to meet milestones on time and within contractual obligations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact and escalation point for external corporate clients.
  • Provide regular project updates, set timelines, manage expectations, and address client concerns.
  • Lead internal and external meetings and represent Hi Auto to clients.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for organizational learning.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote customer success team.
  • Build trusted relationships with customers to support successful project execution and business expansion.

Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience working for startups with American clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management or Customer Success in the SaaS industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with and/or managing remote teams.
  • A strong independent, can-do attitude and the ability to work without close direction.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work independently with the company's technology and product.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify and communicate improvement opportunities.
  • Flexibility to travel for work, both within and outside the United States.
  • Must be based in the United States for this fully remote role.
